Infant Mental Health-Informed Resources

Man Holding Newborn
This initiative was conducted by the American Academy of Pediatrics Council on Early Childhood subcommittee in partnership with ZERO TO THREE.

Recognizing that the vast and ever-growing array of infant and early childhood resources available can be overwhelming, the Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health Resource Toolbox brings together a selection of infant mental health-informed infographics, videos, documents, and handouts for medical providers, early childhood teachers and caregivers, parents, and young children. All resources are from highly respected organizations and available for free online.

The over-arching goal of this initiative is to build a collective understanding of what infant mental health is and promote healthy infant and early childhood mental health in families, communities, systems, and service organizations.
